Seeking an experienced Housekeeper for an apartment community in Middelburg, FL to start immediately.
The housekeeping staff ensures the overall cleanliness of the community and greatly impacts visitors and residents alike. We are seeking an employee with an excellent work ethic who is friendly, outgoing and displays a positive, upbeat attitude.
Description
Responsibilities may include (do not exclude other duties):
Clean common areas (clubhouse, fitness center, mail room, leasing office, hallways, restrooms, meeting room, pool area)
Clean vacant apartments, including disinfecting appliances and bathrooms, soaking light fixtures, mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning woodwork, appliances, windows
Clean and keep up the appearance of model apartment homes
Maintain, inventory, and organize supplies
Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, rug cleaners, polishers
Handle cleaning supplies, chemicals, solvents
Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles
Clean wash basins, commodes and mirrors
Dust, mop, and sanitize counters/sinks, windows, fixtures, restock supplies, replace bulbs, empty trash, mirrors
Clean model and vacant apartments and prepare them for showing
Update inventory for cleaning supplies
