Lightning Protection company seeking dedicated, hard working, team players.
We are an ever growing branch of an ever growing company that works in all fields of construction including Commercial, Military, telecommunications, utility and residential sectors throughout Florida and the South East.
Duties:
Install lightning protection systems on new and existing structures per UL standards
Repair existing lightning protection systems
Maintain a clean and organized work truck and warehouse
Act as a professional at job sites including appearance, attitude and workmanship
Learn, Learn, Learn
Requirements:
Must have clean driving record as you will be driving our trucks
Must be in general good health as this is a physical job
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Must be willing to travel (we are on the road about 30-50% of the time but always home for weekends)
Must be able to show up on time, every day
Must be a team player and able/willing to learn
Must not be afraid of heights and able to stand the Florida Heat
We will teach you the rest
Compensation:
$17 per hour to start (overtime available as company needs dictate)
401k matching (3% currently but we are working on 4%)
$40 Per diem for out of town work
Paid time off and sick days after 1 year of service
Mid year and Christmas bonuses
