Lawn Care Crew Member Job Requirements:
Experience in all aspects of lawn maintenance including use of mowers, trimers, blowers, and other lawn tools.
Able to lift and carry loads of 50 lbs
Able to work in a physically demanding job
Able to work in all weather conditions. Rain or Shine
Possess a valid driver’s license
Strong communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Must be able to work independently
Must enjoy working outdoors
Field Foreperson Job Requirements:
Able to and willing to perform all requirements of Lawn Care Specialist
Assist the owner in managing day-to-day operations
Delegate tasks
Follow set deadlines

Pay levels based on your attitude and experience.
Starting pay for crew members $12.00 per hour. Top pay for crew members is $14.00 per hour and a bonus of $250.00 After completing probation (90 days)
Starting pay for Forepersons is $15.00 per hour. Top pay for Foreperson is $20.00 per hour and a bonus of $500.00 after completing probation (90 days)
