Seeking a highly experienced supervisor level Warehouse professional with a background in inventory management as well. This person must have work experience in handling, packing, storing and moving merchandise and bulk items within a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include organizing and training warehouse associates/ the team on all facets of warehouse duties; working with sales staff to identify in-stock inventory, and sorting, prepping and wrapping large item merchandise for the delivery team. This supervisor role is critical in being accountable for loss prevention and managing the warehouse like a well-oiled machine so that our retail business remains optimally efficient and customer-centric.
This role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, operating equipment, and strong verbal communication skills.
