Service & Assembly Techs Duties:
1. Experience in agricultural/ construction equipment repair.
2. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
3. Must have your own tools.
4. A team player who’s looking to grow with us long-term.
5. Diagnose mechanical, electrical & hydraulic issues accurately and efficiently.
6. Help us maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
7. Must be able to lift 50lbs without any issues.
8. Paid training and travel to training. We want you to get the experience.
Lot Guy Job Duties:
1. Move and organize equipment/ implements on sales lot.
2. Off load trucks with fork lift for parts, sales and service.
3. Assemble implements and equipment for new sales.
4. Clean and pressure wash equipment weekly.
5. Be an extra hand for service tech when needed.
6. Maintain the yard, pickup trash; spray weeds. Daily/Weekly (about an hour per week, during the season.)
7. Help with loading and unloading customer equipment.
8. Lot tech position is outside 95% of the time.
9. Must be able to lift 50lbs without any issues.
10. Ability to move into a service tech role.
ALL TECHS Must have dependable transportation.
