RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Communications Product Owner in Juno Beach, FL.
Specific responsibilities include: Functional use of email communication platforms Testing and quality control for email The Digital Communications Product Owner will be creating HTML using defined email template components Work with business stakeholders to understand goals, business process and project requirements The Digital Communications Product Owner collaborates with writers to deliver compelling content Present to stakeholders for approvals & provide regular status updates As a Digital Communications Product Owner, you will attend daily stand ups, story writing sessions, and participate in UAT as part of an agile development team Participate in team demos, and feedback/testing sessions Monitor key metrics and report out on project successes and areas for improvementREQUIREMENTS: It is strongly preferred that the Digital Communications Product Owner has a Bachelor's degree in related field (Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Liberal Arts, Public Relations, Advertising, etc.) At least 3 years relevant experience required: executing email communications Demonstrated discipline in one or more: Adobe Campaign, IBM Campaign, Watson Campaign Automation, Silverpop, Acoustic, Salesforce/ExactTarget, Litmus, InMotion Demonstrated experience in project management Basic knowledge and experience with HTMLPreferred Qualifications: Agile Product Owner experience, certifications a plus Experience and knowledge with a variety of direct communication channels such as email, SMS/text, voice messages and online/web self-service interactions/transactionsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
