The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup and installation of welding equipment, executing welding on gas turbine components according to technical specifications, performing quality checks, and preparing necessary quality documentation. The role also involves reporting production time for each step, setting up welding parameters, selecting consumable materials, and preparing workpieces for new welding process trials in collaboration with engineering staff. Additionally, you will design and fabricate welding fixtures, chill blocks, and purge boxes as required.Hard Skills
