Candidate needs to reside in Marathon or the surrounding Keys, more than 5 years as an accounting manager with GAAP proficiency, be accurate and have excellent communication skills. Bachelors degree and ability to learn financial and accounting processes. Job includes overseeing accounting department, managing financial and banking records, preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports, monthly close, payroll and frequent interaction with internal and external professionals at all levels.
