KAYAK DELIVERY DRIVER AND TOUR GUIDE NEEDED, NORTH FLORIDA KEYS
Florida Keys Kayak and Paddleboard is looking for a reliable, hard working delivery driver who can also lead kayak tours. This is a physically active, outdoor position for someone who can handle both logistics and customer facing work.
Starting pay is $20 per hour. Pay increases by $1 per hour each week, as long as you are doing a good job, until it reaches $25 per hour. The pay is capped at $25 per hour.
This role is primarily a delivery position. You must be able to move quickly, stay organized, and safely handle gear. Tour guiding is also a major part of the job and will be required as needed.
What you will be doing
Delivering kayaks and paddleboards to launch sites and customer locations
Loading and unloading kayaks, trailers, and gear efficiently
Keeping deliveries on schedule during busy days
Leading guided kayak tours when scheduled
Interacting professionally with customers on the water and on land
Requirements
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Comfortable driving vans and towing trailers
Physically capable of lifting and moving kayaks repeatedly
Calm, reliable, and able to stay focused under pressure
Comfortable on the water, kayaking experience strongly preferred
Tour guiding experience is a big plus but we can train the right person
