Guest Relations Agent

Join our hospitality team as the go-to support for guest experience at our resort. In this customer-focused role, you’ll respond to guest inquiries, coordinate services such as luggage and transportation, and collaborate with front desk and resort departments to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.As a Guest Relations Agent, you will:Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.Coordinate and assign bell services for luggage, room changes, and deliveries.Communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.Oversee luggage handling, storage, and security procedures.Manage transportation requests and support VIP and special guest services.Act as a liaison between guests and resort departments to enhance the guest experience.Monitor workflow during peak check-in and check-out periods.Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, policies, and local attractions to assist guests.Serve as a lobby ambassador to ensure a welcoming and efficient arrival and departure experience.Perform other duties as assigned.
