Aerotek, voted Best of Staffing, is hiring Assemblers to work with a local manufacturing company in Austin, Mn with a starting pay of $18.50 -$20.50/hr (paid weekly).Job Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on assembly of hearth products, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to production schedules
Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet company specifications and quality standards
Work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow and address any production issues promptly
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment, including routine maintenance of tools and equipment
