Hiring Registered Pharmacy Technicians in Lakeland, FL! Job Description:
Process intake of prescriptions which may include: data entry, resolving claim rejects and member and physician outreach.
Enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system.
Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues.
Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls.
Qualifications:
Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Florida.
High School Diploma/GED or higher.
