Lead Maintenance Tech for Apartment Community

Immediate opening for a maintenance technician to prepare vacant units for new move ins, complete work orders as needed in residents' homes and general maintenance work around the property. Must have EPA certification and be familiar with working on AC units. Must have own tools and be willing to be on call every other week. Must be well organized and able to communicate with other personnel and capable of ordering supplies.
