We are seeking detailed, honest, post construction cleaning sub-contractors to join our amazing team Currently, we have work in Polk County (Auburndale, Bartow and Lakeland) and Plant City. We have been in business for fifteen years and still growing strong. We think of our team as family Crews or individuals okay. Bi-lingual manager available.
Job openings: Rough cleans (windows/sweep out homes, general cleaning)
Final cleans (deep cleaning)
Touch up cleans (basic cleaning)
Sweep outs (sweep homes, remove trash prior to drywall)
Model cleans (dust, polish, mop, vacuum, clean staged models for sales)
Pressure washing
Community clean ups
Must have:
tall ladder (24' minimum) (if you are able to do 2nd story windows, a plus)
step ladder
vacuum cleaner
quality cleaning supplies
broom
towels
full list of supplies will be provided
Experience a plus but will train
No drugs or drama
