As a Shop Manager at HD Trailer Solutions LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our steel trailer manufacturing facility. Your role is critical in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality trailers. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual who has the following qualities:
Manufacturing Experience:
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the fabrication and assembly of trailers or related heavy equipment.
Leadership:
Demonstrated leadership and management experience, including supervising and motivating a team of skilled workers.
Process Optimization: Track record of optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency while maintaining product quality.
Inventory Management:
Proficiency in inventory control and materials management to minimize waste and maintain optimal stock levels.
Quality Control: Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards.
Skills:
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, suppliers, and customers effectively.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address production challenges and implement effective solutions independently.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with manufacturing equipment, and tools.
