Tile setters wanted

My name is Andrew Rodriguez and I am a tile contractor specializing in tiling tub surrounds in new apartment projects. I am currently getting ready to start a new complex in Lakeland florida in about 2-3 weeks. I am looking to hire 1 or perhaps 2 installers that have worked on apartments. the tile being used is a apartment grade 6x6 wall tile in the color white. Any installers that has worked in apartments over 7-10 years ago would be fimilar with this basic tile. my previous installers would typically install about 3-4 bath tubs each day complete.
