SPECIALIZED, a commercial construction, painting, and historical restoration General Contractor, is seeking a WOODSHOP MANAGER to join our team!
If you are an experienced WOODSHOP MANAGER with Woodshop, Millwork and/or Historical restoration/preservation experience we want to talk with you!
The Woodshop Manager provides leadership to Woodshop Team members in all aspects of operational processes and is critical in ensuring the skills and competencies of the Woodshop Team. The Woodshop Manager leads and reinforces a high performing safety culture.
The Woodshop Manager is responsible for estimating, receiving, and executing work orders in a manner that maximizes both profitability and customer satisfaction for Specialized Services Group.
The position requires an organized individual who is a forward planner, resourceful, innovative, demonstrates integrity, thrives in a demanding environment, and works with minimal supervision; ensuring work performed is high quality, accurate and cost effective. With the ability to oversee a variety of projects and to shift with changing priorities.
