Description We are in search of a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Melbourne, Florida. This role will primarily focus on providing high-quality customer service in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center environment within the banking industry. Previous permitting experience required. Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a detail oriented manner Execute full service banking transactions in accordance with legal requirements and bank policies Provide timely and accurate customer service Handle cash and other daily transactions as required Actively promote and refer customers to appropriate bank staff for additional products, services, and sales campaigns Maintain currency and coin within prescribed limits Comply with bank security policies and ensure confidentiality of bank records and client information Perform complex transactions and conduct extensive research to resolve customer inquiries Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills and navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to find information Actively solve problems, paying attention to customer cues and resolving issues with grace and integrity. This role requires a skill set including Administrative Assistance, Data Entry, Excel Formulas, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Please note that this position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role Proven ability in Administrative Assistance Experience with Data Entry and Data Entry - Numeric Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including knowledge of Excel Formulas Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Bachelor's degree or equivalent detail oriented experience preferred Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Solid problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
