Print and mail company looking for an accountant. We use quickbooks online and most functions are repeat. Duties will include invoicing, payables, and receivables. Looking for applicant to also help with other data work associated with lists for direct mail. Need to be proficient in Excel and willing and able to learn BCC postal software (that is not difficult). Applicant should be hard working, self motivated and detail oriented. We have a small group (12) that all work hard and help each other. Starting salary of $17 an hour with opportunity for quick advancement.
