"Part Time" 18-20 Hours Weekly - No weekends - Possibly More If Desired
Experience working with "QuickBooks-Online" mainly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations. No payroll, no AR or AP required as we do not generally work in those areas. If you have experience with QB Desktop that's a plus.
We are a small local CPA firm who needs someone to help us. Candidates need to be positive, motivated, and have a desire to work in the field of public accounting and be of assistance to clients. You will have your own office to work in.
Most work MUST BE DONE IN OFFICE - but some can be done remote.
Semi-casual work place with paid holidays and other benefits. Potential for conversion to full time. Great opportunity to grow into a position or take it to the next level. We provide all the accounting and tax services required by the average small to medium sized business. If you have an interest in learning how to prepare individual tax returns that is available to you.
