11am - 8 pm EST (Mon-Fri) hours with one hour lunch break. Looking for a Bilingual (English and Spanish) agent for a work from home job. This is a used car company setup where the support agent would take incoming calls from customers, answer questions about our inventory, and assist with scheduling test drives. The job could also require some outbound calls to customers for follow-up on inquiries and scheduling appointments, but primarily involves managing incoming calls.

Take calls, answer questions, walk callers to our FAQ pages, through a step by step online form and/or appropriate pages for answers. Set appointments.
Calls are mostly inbound but a few callers may need following up on.
