Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Coding invoices, setting up new accounts, reconciling accounts, and closing the monthly books.
Reconciling bank accounts at least monthly, verifying deposits, and addressing inquiries from banks.
Reconciling cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts.
Filing tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.
Maintaining knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
Other duites as assigned.
