Job DescriptionThe Ground Support Equipment (GSE)/Logistics Manager oversees the maintenance, operation, and management of all ground support equipment used in aviation operations. This role ensures that GSE assets are maintained in optimal working condition, comply with all safety and regulatory standards, and support the efficient and safe operations of powerplant servicing and maintenance activities. GSE Assets are defined as engine stands, engine module containers, MRO shop tooling, ETC tooling, and field service tooling.Key Responsibilities: Manage asset receiving (receive engine stand base and cradle into Quantum upon delivery), storage, inventory, and allocation of all ground support assets in collaboration with the warehouse team Support production in making assets available for use Coordinate and support collection and shipment of assets Manage engine stand part replacement and associated inventory (i.e. pins and cables) Manage engine stand repairs and partner with Supply Chain and Commercial to issue POs and ensure successful return of repaired stands Manage swapping of engine stands and/or module containers and corresponding tooling Responsible for shipping, logistics, and maintenance of all field service tooling. 3+ years of logistics and coordination experience.
Aviation industry experience, preferably working with ground support equipment.
Comfortable working in a shop floor and manufacturing facility.
Experience managing inventory. - Quantum ERP experience.
Bilingual in Spanish.
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license null
