Network Firewall Engineer, Level 2

Job DescriptionDAY-TO-DAY:As a Level 2 Network Firewall Engineer specialized in Fortinet firewalls, your role is pivotal in ensuring the security and resilience of our clients' networks.Responsibilities Include: Handle day-to-day tickets and escalations from tier 1 engineers Develop and implement security controls related to firewall configurations Identify and assess threats and vulnerabilities in the network environment Focus strictly on Firewall network security tasks Troubleshoot issues related to VPN tunnels Investigate and resolve firewall blocks for specific traffic Troubleshoot firewalls by analyzing and adjusting rule configurations CLI debugging, packet captureWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
