The Analyst will be a member of Visa's Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Interchange and Pricing Strategy Team, which is responsible for development of pricing and interchange strategies for Visa’s business in the LAC region. The position will be based in Miami and will report to the Sr. Director of LAC Pricing Strategy, with some travel expected.Essential FunctionsProvide detailed quantitative analyses in support of identifying and vetting new opportunities to drive Visa’s revenueWork within cross-functional team and product/service owners to develop pricing for new products and servicesCollaborate with all facets of Visa’s business in evaluating and managing pricing change opportunities, from forecasting and business case design to stakeholder impact assessment, approvals, key partner communications, and publications.Query large databases to obtain the data necessary to evaluate different pricing opportunities. Build financial cost-benefit analyses and modeling to determine impacts for issuers, acquirers, merchants and Visa using VisaNet data, and make recommendations to management.Develop rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations. Ensure strategic and financial soundness and alignment for any recommendations.Develop executive level communications. Communicate recommendations in a clear, concise and impactful way. Generate support for recommendations among business leaders across the organization.Manage ongoing interactions with Global and other regional Pricing teams, LAC Billing and IT teams to implement new pricing programs This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
