Line Cook/Prep Coo
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as marinating, seasoning, and portioning
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Dish duty also apart of the position
Skills:
- Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
When: Saturday's and Sunday's only. Some Friday's
