Looking to hire a hardworking individual as a laborer to fill a position on our seeding and mulching crew. Tractor or forklift operating experience is a plus! Drivers license is required, with a clean driving record and at least 3 years of driving experience.
This is a FULL-TIME position with year-round work (not seasonal). Typical work week is Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays if a job needs to be completed. This is an entry level position, not a management position.
JOB DUTIES (included but not limited to):
-assisting foreman with loading and unloading materials for jobs
-operating a hay blower (training provided)
-operating a tractor and forklift (training provided)
-spreading fertilizer and seed
-using a shovel and/or rake to prepare area for seed or sod
-laying sod
-driving a 1-ton flatbed truck with a small trailer
-picking up and dropping off crew members (you will be paid for this)
-take-home vehicle
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be legal to work in the United States (we participate in E-Verify)
-Must be DRUG FREE (we are a drug-free workplace)
-Must be safe, dependable, and hardworking
-Must be good at working well with others
-Must be okay with working outside
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
-Must be able to bend, twist, stand, sit, and climb
