Manage 3 to 6 people at the time.
We are looking for a long-term dependable employee.
We are seeking an outgoing, professional, and energetic front Motel & and rental business manager to be the person who manages our guests and tenants. This position is responsible for the operation of the rental buildings and motel front desk, responding to and resolving guest complaints and concerns, and performing the tasks of a Front Desk Sales Representative, including operating systems for reservations and guest check-in/out
Other key duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibility and or in charge of staff.
Prepare work schedules and direct staff to adhere to schedules; adjust schedules as needed to meet business demands.
Perform assigned administrative duties such as daily reports, credit card reversals, bank deposits, accounts receivables, travel agent research, lost and found, rooming lists, office supply inventory, safety committee, etc.
Train front desk staff in technical duties, guest service skills, and telephone sales skills
Advise and consult with the General Manager in situations of poor employee performance and/or improper employee behavior that may require counseling and/or discipline
Serve as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the General Manager
Process guest registrations, including the computation and collection of payment
Complete shift reports and process all financial transactions, including the verification and processing of credit card transactions.

Maintain room status inventory
Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, reservations, attractions, directions, etc.
Send and receive online application guest and tenant messages telephone calls and facsimiles; sort incoming mail and messages
Conduct night audit as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Experience, Education, Skill & Physical Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Previous hotel experience is required; supervisory experience preferred
Must be flexible in hours and calendar days works
Must be proficient in the use of common Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must display very good organization and time management skills
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities
Must have sound judgment and discretional skills and be able to work with little supervision
Must be able to consistently work under pressure and simultaneously prioritize multiple projects
Must be able to work with sensitive and confidential material
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 25 50 lbs. and carry up to 10 lbs.

Must be available to work all shifts as needed
Performs general Housekeeping cleaning, in a hotel. Provides attention to staff, visitors, and other employees as necessary.
General Duties
Receives oral or written orders from the Head of the Regional Manager.
Performs work according to standard procedure and by the building's operational schedule.
knowledge of doing laundry is needed (for night shifts)
Replenishes restroom supplies.
Replace light bulbs.
Clears leaves or any dirt from entrances and walkways.
Picks up and delivers supplies and materials to rooms.
Follows all applicable safety rules and procedures.
Reports work accomplished orally or on written work orders to a Regional Manager.
The English language is required, and fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Must pass a background check.
Salary based on experience. & bonuses Paid Based on Your Performance.
Flexible scheduling is required to meet business needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $37,000.00 Base - $65,000.00 per year (need to make the bonuses to reach the higher number)
The manager will need to be available.
The main South Florida office Schedule:
is 9 am to 5 pm (not the manager's Schedule)
On call
Self-determined schedule
Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
Bonus pay possible on preference
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
building management or other types of similar: 1 year (Preferred)
