Precast Wall Systems, a leading precast concrete company since 1987, seeks a qualified Assistant Manager to join our team. This position is for an on-site role at our concrete plant in Pompano Beach, Florida.
Do you have:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in precast concrete or construction?
At least 2 years of management experience in any field?
A clean background check, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a drug test?
A passion for quality and a drive to succeed?

As an Assistant Manager, you will:
Play a key role in supporting daily operations and overseeing team productivity.
