Busy Miami, FL Canvas and upholstery company specializing in the fabrication of high quality canvas marine products is seeking an individual with a minimum of 5+ years installing and taking patterns of storage covers, glass enclosures and other related canvas/vinyl products for boats.
Patterns are taken manually using plastic, as well as digitally, using a Prodim measuring device.
Candidate must possess the knowledge of sewn canvas products for the protection of many varieties of vessels and demonstrate the physical abilities that are required to meet the demands of working on and around boats in an outdoor environment.
Knowledge using a Prodim Proliner with Rhino CAD software and a CNC cutter is a big plus but not required.
The right candidate will be trained. Must have clean driving record and be able to operate a Ford F150.
Minimum starting salary $25/hour and higher depending on experience and skill level.
40 hour work week Mon-Thur. Paid vacation after 90 days.
