Located in Pompano Beach
Electrical Service/Contracting company seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee the daily office operations, responsible for office administrative and service scheduling, leadership skills and the ability to multitask with both the customer/s and service team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Oversee permit, recertification, and revision processes
Payroll processing with both health and 401K of the office.
Prepare and maintain project files, job folders, and subcontractor documentation.
Clerical filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Vendor billing recording/reconcile/payment.
Greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professionalism.
Organize service scheduling/billing.
Skills
Familiarity with QuickBooks Software including payroll,
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
Experience in service company is a PLUS
Working with City Permitting processing/inspections is a PLUS
40 Hour Week:
