Pink and Green Lawn Care, a family-oriented lawn care company in Southwest Ranches, FL, is seeking a calm and organized Customer Service / Field Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule Management:
Create and distribute lawn care schedules to clients.
Assign daily routes to the crew and adjust as needed for absences or other issues.
Customer Service:
Manage customer service emails, calls, and texts with professional and appropriate responses.
Handle customer walkthroughs, address their questions, and provide tailored solutions.
Field Operations:
Organize additional work tasks for the crew.
Monitor and instruct crews on service details, ensuring quality on-site performance.
Manage incidents like broken windows, doors, etc., and follow up as needed.
Payroll & Hours:
Monitor crew hours to ensure they stay within limits.
Coordinate with Adriana to address payroll issues, such as missing checks or hours.
Quoting & Resource Management:
Provide accurate quotes during walkthroughs based on client discussions.
Identify when services can be skipped and suggest reallocation of funds for optimal results.
Ideal Candidate
Calm, patient, and solution-oriented.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication abilities with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Experience in customer service and field operations (preferred).
Ability to make on-the-spot decisions and adapt to changes efficiently.
