Our office is seeking a full-time assistant to support various departments in our office.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer phone calls
- Direct phone contact with clients
- Taking client payments
- Data Entry
- Document production request
- Other duties and projects on as need basis
Requirements:
-Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Professional phone etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated and hardworking with positive and outgoing attitude
- Punctual, honest, and dependable
- Computer proficient with MS Office (excel and word)
- Self-sufficient and can work independently without supervision
