Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Apartments Leasing Agent / Consultant, As a Leasing consultant, your role includes marketing and promoting available apartments, conducting market research, managing lease administration, ensuring resident retention, and maintaining positive relationships with residents and prospects.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of leases and lease administration
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Background in property management preferred,
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with residents, prospects, and team members
+ Proven track record of successful resident retention strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
