The Leasing Consultant will be expected to be experienced in resident retention, renewing leases, assisting the manager and assistant manager in completing work orders and increasing the occupancy in the community. Leasing Consultant will be instrumental in maximizing market rents and maintaining high occupancy levels through effective marketing and leasing policies and procedures.
Meeting Potential Renters and guiding them on tours.
Following up on leads for potential renters.
Performing Background checks.
Preparing Leasing Documents.
Keeping Residents informed.
Building a Rapport with residents.
