Key Responsibilities:
Welcome prospective residents and conduct property tours.
Provide detailed information about our community and its amenities, as well as those of competing communities.
Conduct off-site marketing and assist in developing marketing plans.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Property Management/Leasing.
Strong leasing and marketing skills.
Excellent leadership and customer service abilities.
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual skills are a plus!
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with payment per property leased. Pay will be discussed during the interview.
