Job Summary:
As a Warehouse & Logistics Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. You'll be responsible for picking and preparing orders for shipping, making deliveries to businesses, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Make deliveries to businesses, interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies
- Keep warehouse and delivery vehicles clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity and safety goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience; pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable)
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
