FRONT DESK CONCIERGE

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
As concierge, you provide the first impression for all visitors into the community. It is the concierge's responsibility to safeguard the Front Desk/Lobby area to monitor the entry and exit of all visitors in the premises. Responsibilities include greeting potential residents, families, visitors as well as handling the main phone lines and transferring calls appropriately. Concierges are instrumental in creating a professional and warm environment and providing exceptional service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum one year experience in similar customer service position. Previous concierge experience is preferred.
Ability to work with good judgment and unquestioned confidentiality with regard to information and records.
Ability to function without close, ongoing supervision and dependence on others.
Must be available to work evening and week-ends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
This position requires proficiency in computer skills as well as an ability to operate standard office equipment.
Requires bending and some lifting.
Must possess outstanding telephone etiquette.
Professional dress is required.
-Bilingual is a plus English/ Spanish.
-Must Have your own transportation.
