Position Overview:

DiaCarta is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. Based in the vibrant state of Florida, this associate will play a pivotal role in promoting and driving adoption of the RadTox LDT Test across the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market penetration of the RadTox LDT Test within the assigned territory, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborative Educational Initiatives: Work closely with key stakeholders to develop educational materials and programs aimed at promoting awareness and understanding of the RadTox test among healthcare providers in Florida. Leverage expertise and resources to create impactful educational content.

Training and Workshops: Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals, focusing on the benefits and proper utilization of the RadTox test. These sessions can help increase adoption rates and ensure proper implementation in clinical practice.

Utilize Resources: Take advantage of available resources, such as access to industry expertise, research facilities, and educational platforms. This can enhance the credibility and effectiveness of your educational initiatives.

Collaborative Outreach Events: Organize joint outreach events, seminars, and webinars with stakeholders to reach a wider audience of healthcare providers and researchers. These events can serve as valuable forums for networking, education, and collaboration.

Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including oncologists, pathologists, and laboratory directors, through effective communication and engagement strategies.

Sales Execution: Drive sales performance by effectively promoting the value proposition of the RadTox LDT Test, conducting product presentations, and facilitating demonstrations to prospective clients.

Account Management: Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends, gathering intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and enhance the competitive position of DiaCarta's offerings.

Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, technical support, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years of successful sales experience in the molecular diagnostics, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the oncology landscape, with experience in liquid biopsy technologies preferred.

Demonstrated ability to proactively seek out new business opportunities and drive aggressive sales growth.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving positive outcomes for patients.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Contract Details:

This position is offered on a contract basis for an initial period of 3 months.

Following a successful probationary period of 3 months, this position has the potential to transition to a permanent role.

During the probationary period, both parties reserve the right to terminate the employment agreement with notice as outlined in the terms and conditions of the contract.
