Position Overview
We’re seeking an energetic Sales Representative with strong communication skills and a proven ability to close deals. This role involves engaging with warm leads, educating customers on coverage options, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The right candidate will be ambitious, coachable, and eager to build a lucrative career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
Explain auto and home warranty plans in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
Build trust and long-term relationships with clients by providing honest and solution-focused service.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications
MUST have prior CLOSING experience for Auto
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
