About the Role:
Job Responsibilities:
-Make 300-500 calls per day on a dialer.
-Use basic CRM software to log and pass information to a closer.
-Participate in extra training sessions and self-educate on product knowledge.
-Show up on time and stay for the full 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM workday (with a 1-hour lunch from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM).
-Take initiative and remain consistent with your efforts to hit targets.
Ideal Candidate:
-A high school education (minimum).
-Obsessive drive to succeed and make money.
-Goal-driven with a relentless work ethic.
-Humble, energetic, and easy to work with.
-Excellent communication and retention skills.
-Self-motivated and willing to learn and grow within the role.
-Ability to follow instructions and take constructive feedback.
