Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients in selecting health insurance plans that fit their needs, providing expert advice and personalized service. You will guide clients through the enrollment process, explain coverage options, and ensure a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide consultations to clients on available health insurance plans
Assist with ACA and private insurance enrollment processes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health insurance regulations and products
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
Perform follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and policy understanding
Qualifications:
Active or Seeking health insurance license
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
Previous experience in health insurance is preferred, but not required
