We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead, manage, and grow our health insurance sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and fostering a high-performance culture within the sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in health insurance sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Must have experience in the U65 space.
Must be able to run leads/operate a dialer
Must be prompt and able to work Full-time hours
Must have industry knowledge
Must be able to have good Leadership qualities
The pay is strictly based on your experience but starting pay is 80k a year with a MASSIVE amount of bonuses
