Job Description
Sr. Developer-Front EndSUMMARY Responsible for translating business requirements into specific systems, applications/process designs for large, complex, and leading-edge web solutions leveraging latest technologies and scalable application architecture patterns. This individual is responsible for the design, development, deployment, maintenance, and in some cases support of multi-tiered web applications. This position will design, implement, and support multi-tiered web application. The successful candidates will join a growing team that builds modern front-end web application, client-side components, UI, front end integration and testing of enterprise applications.DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES %Responsibilities/Duties25- Develop, test, and maintain front-end applications.

- Identify, design, and implement process improvements: automate manual processes, redesign infrastructure for greater scalabilities.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
- Establish and maintain application infrastructure using AWS
- Guide the delivery of services all the way to production.
- Manage application dependencies
- Work with QA team to develop and maintain regression and unit testing platform
- 7+ years of Front-End Development experience
- 4+ years of experience building and integrating Full Stack enterprise level applications in a variety of languages (Angular5+, Java, and JavaScript)
- Experience providing expertise in the definition and implementation of effective software engineering practices and processes
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, as well as all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Cross-functional and technical leadership experience with a proven ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical issues
- Angular 5+
- Latest JavaScript Frameworks/Libraries and Packing systems
- Front-End Unit and Integration Testing
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Preferred
- HTML5/CSS3
- CSS Pre-Processing Platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Responsive Design
- Java/J2EE
- Java Frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate)
- AWS
- Micro Frontends Architecture
- UML concepts, Sequence Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams and Documentation
- APIs, Web Services and data transport technologies (REST, JSON, XML, SOAP)
- Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Relational and Nonrelational Database Systems (MySQL, Postgres, Spring Data, Hibernate) Preferred
- Object-Oriented Concepts and Design Patterns
- Jira or other Project Management Software
- Git or other Source Control Systems
- Pair Programming preferred

- Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently without close supervision and take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across various parts of an organization
- Must be a self-starter and driven to learn new technologies
- Must have strong communication skills - will be required to present demonstrations to client executives as regular intervals.
