Nail Technician
Responsibilities:
Perform manicures and pedicures with precision and attention to detail
Provide nail enhancements such as shellac.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all salon and spa sanitation guidelines
Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend appropriate products for at-home maintenance
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements:
Valid Florida State Nail Technician license
Proven experience as a Nail Technician in a salon or spa setting
Proficiency in manicure and pedicure techniques, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Hairstylist and/or Barbers As a hairstylist/barber you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to clients, creating unique styles, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and mustache grooming
- Provide consultations to clients on suitable hairstyles based on their preferences
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools
- Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- MUST BE A LICENSED HAIRSTYLIST/ BARBER
- Proven experience as a Barber with expertise in hair styling and grooming techniques
- Proficiency in using barbering tools such as scissors, clippers, razors, and trimmers
- Knowledge of color theory, hair extensions, and makeup application is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Understanding of retail math for product sales
- Previous experience in retail sales or store management would be advantageous’;
