We are seeking skilled and motivated Irrigation Installers and Foreman to join our team. As the Irrigation Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of irrigation systems to ensure optimal efficiency and performance. Foreman will lead a team of irrigation installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Be able to pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screens.
Work in the heat all day and all-weather conditions
Proven experience in irrigation system installation: installing valves, irrigation pumps, timers, solenoids, pressure switches, main lines, laterals, sleeves, controllers, timers, rain sensors, etc.
The following physical abilities are required: crouching, manual dexterity, hearing, kneeling, mental acuity, reaching, repetitive motion, speaking, standing, stooping, talking, visual acuity, and walking.
Willingness to work long hours, including overtime and weekends, and assist with other projects.
Ability to operate irrigation equipment and tools effectively.
Must speak English (Spanish is a plus).
Additional Requirements for Foreman Position:
Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Coordinate and supervise the installation of irrigation systems.
Proficient in reading blueprints and irrigation system designs.
