Daytona Ventures LLC, a fast-growing luxury watch company in Downtown Miami, is hiring a full-time watchmaker with 1–2 years of bench experience.
We specialize in high-end timepieces including Rolex, AP, Patek, RM, and more.
We are looking for someone reliable, precise, and passionate about horology who wants long-term growth with a serious company.
Responsibilities:
Perform movement diagnostics and repairs
Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble mechanical and automatic movements
Replace/fit crystals, crowns, tubes, stems, seals, hands, date wheels, etc.
Bracelet sizing, refinishing (optional), and casing work
Evaluate watches for authenticity & condition
Maintain a clean, professional workspace
Document all work performed and follow internal QC procedures
