Immediate work for skilled Individual; experienced worker in pool construction, renovation and installation. Construction experience is required. Experience in Concrete work, some plumbing and electrical experience is needed. Pride of workmanship is the most important requirement. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds of material.
Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, reaching and climbing.
Able to read a tape measure in feet, inches and fractions.
Perform construction tasks involved with underground piping, concrete formwork and pouring, finishes.
Operate hand and motorized tools including saws, grinders, trowels, cutoff saws, drills, hammers, chisels, etc.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess a valid driver's license.
Experience required.
