We’re looking for a skilled Equipment Setter to join our construction team — someone who knows how to properly install pool equipment and plumbing systems with precision, quality, and pride. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every pool operates safely and efficiently, representing the high standards that define the Craft Master name.
What You’ll Do
Install, plumb, and set up pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation, etc.)
Work closely with supervisors and electricians to ensure proper layout and function
Pressure-test and verify all connections for safety and performance
Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
Support the field team with problem-solving and communication to keep projects on schedule
Who You Are
Experienced Equipment Setter with hands-on knowledge of pool plumbing and equipment installation (required)
Detail-oriented and committed to doing the job right the first time
Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida conditions
Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
