Description We are offering an opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented PC Technician in the Managed Services industry. Based in Miramar, Florida, the role involves providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring efficient operation of the IT infrastructure. This role requires active collaboration with other team members and stakeholders.Responsibilities: Accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues involving hardware, software, networks and peripherals Set up and configure computer systems and other devices to meet specific user needs Perform routine maintenance and inspection of computer systems and networks Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripheral devices Provide timely and accurate customer service to all end-users Maintain a comprehensive record of all technical support activities and reported incidents Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes Assist with the installation of Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, Networking, Operating System, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments Provide Deskside Support when necessary Adhere to all company protocols and procedures while performing dutiesRequirements Proficient in Dell Technologies and Microsoft products Knowledgeable in EO/IR systems Skilled in Networking and Operating System technologies Experience with Active Directory Good understanding of Computer Hardware Effective at Configuration Management Demonstrated proficiency in Deployments Skilled in Deskside Support Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High degree of professionalism and excellent customer service skills Must have relevant certifications or equivalent work experience Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements Ability to lift and move hardware equipment if necessary Availability to work on-call or outside regular office hours when neededTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
